A working visit to Juraj Dobrila University of Pula in Croatia occurred on 27. of January with an aim of enhancement of our cooperation with international institutions.
Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Padem, University Rector, Prof. Dr. Teoman Duman, Vice Rector for International Relations, Deputy Secretary - General Admir Salihagić and Recep Zihni, Senior Teaching Assistant were kindly welcomed in Pula by Prof. Dr. Sc. Ivan Jurković, Vice Rector for International Affairs and Prof. Dr. Sc. Danijela Krizman Pavlović, Deputy Dean of Department of Economics and Tourism, Dr. Dean Sinković, International Exchange Program Coordinator and Tea Golja, Senior Teaching Assistant of Juraj Dobrila University of Pula in their working visit.
The possible cooperation discussion appeared on the Juraj Dobrila University academic staff“s previous visit to International Burch University, and as furtherly determined, same policy of education. The meeting resulted with collaboration proposition on students and acadmic staff exchange, joint conferences organization, and guest lecture visits which will be planned within a cooperation agreement signing in closest future.
International Burch University delegation also had an opportunity to see the premises of the Juraj Dobrila University, and find out more on the education system at this higer education institution. As a part of visit to Pula, they took a city tour which was also spiced with a charcteristic cuisine of Istrian peninsula.
International cooperation enhancement activities are important part of the International Burch University advancement and it is a prooved recipe for broadening students' horizons.
