"Interview Behavior" Workshop Held

Students who participated passed through the training and the job interview simulation.

On 7th of January, 2013 International Burch University hosted second part of the “CV Writing and Interview Behavior” workshop by Adis Hećimović, which was organized for students by Career Development and Business Relations Office of the Burch University.

Similar to the “Training on CV Writing”, where students learned how to write their curriculum vitae in an effective way and what are the most important elements to pay attention, today’s workshop also offered them broad insight into the interview techniques, and dealing with topics as body language and emotional processes within the job interview.

Students had an exercise of body language and simulation of a real job interview, where they learned about importance of appearance, and behavior and attitude from the first call until the final interview and candidate’s selection, with the most important element of the skills required and interest shown from employer and potential employee.

Students who joined both workshops had an opportunity to get updated information from the lecture, human resource surveys, interesting videos and practical sessions.
