Rusmir Malkočević, student of Economics at BURCH University, won the State Senior Champion title for 2016, held on June18-19, in Zenica.
Rusmir Malkočević had his first apperance on the first day in 400m-dash-race where he won the first place, achieving a personal record with a time of 47:69 seconds, and became the National Champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On the first day of the Championships, Rusmir also competed in 4x100-meters-relay race along with his colleagues from AK Sloboda-Tehnograd Tuzla, winning the praiseworthy second place.
On the second day of the competitions, accomplished athlete had an apperance in 400m-hurdles, which is his primary discipline.
Malkočević will appear again in 4x400-meters-relay along with Amel Tuka, Abedin Mujezinović and Semir Avdić. The quartet will try to break the state record and ensure placement to the European Championships.
