Ambassador of Pakistan Visited IBU
Delegation of Embassy of Pakistan in BiH visited International Burch University today and met with the University Rector and other officials, discussing about Pakistani students in BiH
H. E. Khalid Amir Jaffery, Ambassador of Republic of Pakistan in BiH and Mr. Nadeem Ahmad Counselor of the Embassy, met with the University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Padem, Prof. Dr. Abdulrazaque Memon, Head of the Department of Genetics and Bioengineering and other IBU officials today, on 14th of June.
Discussion was led in the way of the increasing the number of Pakistani students in BiH, since every year 1,000 000 people from Pakistan goes abroad to complete their education. Honorable guests had a chance to meet with the Pakistani students from Karachi that are currently on IBU, within the Student Exchange Program.
Paying the visit, delegation donated a significant amount of books to University Library, what will certainly affect on the diversity of the library fund.
After the brief tour of the University premises, both sides agreed that International Burch University in Sarajevo is a wise choice for numerous Pakistani students and Pakistan Embassy in BiH will encourage the students from their country to consider our institution while deciding about their high education.
