As part of the distance learning process Elma Iković, a student at the IBU’s Department of Digital Communications and Public Relations, produced a short video.

Elma shows how she spends her day between her first coffee and e-learning classes, visually explaining her morning routine. Her video editing assignment included use of timeline, video and audio transitions and titles.

Coronavirus pandemic puts a lot of students in isolation, and they are learning how to cope with it. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) school closures impact nearly 80% of the world’s student population.

Home studying and distance learning might be challenging for teachers, students and their families in the age of coronavirus isolation. Therefore, empathy and solidarity are necessary for us to go through this difficult period together.
