Postgraduate studies at Graphic Design and Multimedia department allow you to acquire advanced methodological and practical knowledge in a variety of subjects in the field of visual communications, featuring creative direction, photography, video and audio production, motion graphics and animation, web and UI/UX design, interaction design, and content creation strategies.

Graphic Design and Multimedia department provides the infrastructure that supports students to master the skills for their particular style. They have access to the necessary equipment and facilities to work on more advanced projects. We offer three multimedia studios for photography and video production, a podcast studio for audio production and a range of classrooms equipped with rendering machines for motion graphics, animation and design work.
The Master's study program in Graphic Design and Multimedia is organized as a one- or two-year program. It is designed for all individuals who have obtained a bachelor's degree in art with 180 or 240 ECTS credits from BiH and abroad, and who want to build their future careers in the field of visual communications.
The curriculum also includes elective courses, which gives students the opportunity to improve their professional skills according to their interests. The diploma of the II cycle program carries 60 ECTS credits (for students with previously completed four-year undergraduate studies), or 120 ECTS credits (for students with previously completed three-year undergraduate studies). Teaching in all areas of this study program is conducted in English
Students who obtain 60 ECTS credits (4+1 study program) will be eligible for the title of ‘The Master of Graphic Design and Multimedia.’ Open to all Bachelor majors (240 ECTS), this program consists of a number of elective courses which can be tailored to suit the individual student’s degree. The first semester encompasses five courses in total and the second semester two courses, with the remaining ECTS credits allocated for the MA thesis.
Students who obtain 120 ECTS credits (3+2 study program) will be eligible for the title of ‘ The Master of Graphic Design and Multimedia.’ Open to all Bachelor majors (180 ECTS), this program consists of a number of elective courses which can be tailored to suit the individual student’s degree. The first two semesters contain four courses each, while the third semester has five courses and the fourth semester two courses, with the remaining ECTS credits allocated for the MA thesis.
Our department features a unique Master's Thesis concept of having a practical part to the thesis. To support our vision of shaping the creative industries worldwide, we believe that Master's Thesis with the practical part is a step forward in that direction.
