Program Description

The Department of Genetics and Bioengineering was opened in 2011/2012 academic year and immediately became a popular area of study. The educational program of Genetics and Bioengineering Department is based on three years for undergraduates, two years for Sc, and three years for PhD students. The MSc and PhD programs are composed of a combination of course work in the first two semesters followed by independent research in the following year for MSc pursuits and the following two years for PhD pursuits. Both degrees culminate in the writing of a thesis and a defense in front of a committee.
