Receiving the applications for the Exchange Programme: 20 April-27 April 2015
Assesment of Applications: 28 April- 04 May 2015
Reporting the assesment results to the Council of Higher Education: 08 May 2015
Announcement of assesment results: 29 May 2015

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS

 - Being a registered student of MA, BA or Phd
 - For bachelor students the minimum GPA: 2,5 out of 4,0 or 65out of 100
 - For MA and Phd students the minimum GPA:3 out of 4,0 or 76.66 out of 100
 - The students have to take an English exam if the education language is not English
 - During the evaluation, 50% of GPA and 50% of language scores are taken into account and students are ranked using cumulative value of these two factors.
 - The incoming students to Turkey will get a grant of 750 TL per month for a period of four months.

DOCUMENTS

For Students;

 - They should fill Candidate Student Certificate Appliction Form,
 - They should fill Student Certificate Appliction Form(they can find these documents from the link given below)

Student exchange candidates should deliver the filled Student Application Form, Student Candidate Application Form, and Internal Nomination Form to the department, before April 20 2015.
Departments will inform the International Relations Office about selected candidates.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR ACADEMIC STAFF

 - In the scope of mobility, academic activities of academic staff cannot be less than total six hours weekly. If course hours do not complete six hours, academic activities like seminars, panels or conferences are evaluated in this context.
 - Academic staff mobility could be minimum 2 weeks and maximum 3 months.
 - The transportation fee to be paid to academic staff is maximum 2250 TL depending on the flight ticket.
 - The fee to be paid for daily expenses depend on the title of academic staff and it is calculated as follows:


Title Monthly Payment*:
Prof. 1500
Assoc. Prof. 1400
Asst. Prof. 1350
Others 1200
*To calculate this, one month is considered to be 30 days.

DOCUMENTS

For academic staff;

 - There should be Mevlana Exchange Programme Mobility Programme,(they can find this document from the link given below)

 - There should be academic portoflio(profile,Works about his/her academic field,lessons which is given his/her field),
 - Duration is determined at least two weeks, at most three months.
