Today and tomorrow 115 selected scientific projects will be presented by 177 participants.
4th Bosna Sema Project Olympiad for high school students (BOSEPO) was officially opened by Mr. Damir Mašić, Federal Minister for Education, Prof. Dr. Huseyin Padem, Rector, and Ismail Yapici, General Director of Bosna Sema Educational Institutions today at International Burch University. During two days 115 selected scientific projects will be presented by 177 participants.
This year BOSEPO brings together high school students who compete in various categories such as energy, IT and environmental protection. As in previous years, students will be presented creative ideas, patents, solutions and answers to the real problems in mentioned scientific categories.
Federal Minister of Education and Science, Damir Mašić said that without investment in research and teaching, any society cannot make serious progress, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the institutional system, the school and the state apparatus is not able to provide necessary assistance.
General Director of Bosna Sema Educational Institutions, Ismail Yapici stated that 177 participants will present their 115 selected projects today, in comparison to last year when there were about 100 projects.
After the judges from all of the categories have done their job today, tomorrow BOSEPO will be open for public, and the award winners will be announced.
