A group of students from the Faculty of Economics of the International Burch University visited Coca-Cola Company premises in Sarajevo on 17th of April. The field trip was organized by the student’s Business Development Club (BDC) and headed by lecturers Prof. Dr Meliha Handžić and Sen. Teach. Assist. Edin Smajić. Lecturers and students from all three years of undergraduate studies, who joined this learning expedition, were greeted by Gordan Petrović, the PR Officer and Samer Junuzović, Marketing Manager of the Coca Cola Company.
Upon arrival at the building of the Company, first presentation and historical overview of the worlds famous brand Coca Cola was held by the PR Gordan Petrović. After the introduction part, Marketing Manager Samer Junuzović presented the marketing plan of Coca-Cola, by which this brand makes profitable relationship with their customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Students and lecturers also used the opportunity to get information about the application of the economical theories that they have learned on their classes, and ask question related to productions and distribution processes of the Coca-Cola Company.
