Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Aleksandar Krstevski from the Macedonian Embassy in Sarajevo visited International Burch University on the invitation of the Vice Rector, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sanela Klarić. The Chargé d’Affaires was warmly welcomed by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Damir Marjanović.
The intention of this visit was to strengthen the relationship between Macedonian and Bosnian and Herzegovinian educational systems, and additionally to discuss future cooperation opportunities between IBU and other Macedonian institutions. Burch University has one student from Macedonia, and our management is interested in seeing this number grow.
The meeting took place in the Vice Rector’s Office, where discussion focused on opportunities for cooperation. Specifically, the discussion was centered around project collaborations, especially the Student Pavilion. Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Aleksandar Krstevski gave a positive response towards the Student Pavilion, and eagerly stated that he would be interested in aiding in its fruition.
After the meeting, Chargé d’Affaires was also given a tour of IBU. Respected Mr. Aleksandar Krstevski was very impressed with the institution, and once more confirmed that he is looking forward to future cooperation opportunities.
