Today at BURCH University the EMECS-thon competition which is organized for the second time in Bosnia and Herzegovina has officially started.
EMECS-Thon is an Embedded System marathon open to all students, where teams participating have 48 hours to develop embedded system projects from scratch. The event takes place simultaneously at six renowned European universities.
The teams taking part are composed of a maximum of three students. Each team has the flexibility to choose a project on the theme of self-interest. The event takes place in fully equipped laboratories of each university. After the forty-eight-hour marathon is over, each team presents its work to the jury, and the awards are given in three categories: 'Best technical application', 'Best commercial use' and 'The choice of the audience".
The best project is being nominated for the top prize and the winner of the entire competition.
