European Law Student's Association (ELSA) of B&H Held National Assembly at Burch University

ELSA is apolitical, independent, non-profitable association of law students that aims to promote, establish and develop mutual understanding and cooperation among law students and young lawyers with their counterparts from different countries and different legal systems, thus enabling them to have better and more successful professional life in an international environment.

A national assembly ELSA of Bosnia and Herzegovina is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. This year, on April 9, international meeting was organized in Sarajevo at Burch University. The National Assembly was of great importance because new office board of ELSA of B&H for the 2017/2018 term has been selected. Colleagues and dear friends from Croatian ELSA, ELSA Serbia and Austria were also present at the meeting.

Lejla Zonić, in behalf of the Project Office and Burch University, addressed all present and warmly welcomed all guests to Burch University, to Sarajevo and to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Assembly was attended by B&H State Prosecutor, Ms. Dijana Kajmaković, who used this opportunity to address the present students and through details from her life and  great work related examples, held very motivational and inspirational speech to future lawyers.

Burch University and ELSA also conducted informal discussion regarding the continuation of cooperation, related to the National Board of ELSA Bosnia and Herzegovina.
