The ambassador of Switzerland was hosted by Assist. Prof. Dr. Nedim Čelebić, vice-rector for planning and development. This formality was conducted due to the opening of the second IEEE Student and Young Professional Congress BiH. The Congress that is being held today at Burch University is a continuation of last year’s Congress which aims to offer insight to the many opportunities in the world’s largest professional organization IEEE to students in Bosnia and Herzegovina and enable them to think outside the box about new ideas and be the doors that are needed in today's societies.
Through various workshops and lectures, the student will form new acquaintanceships, erase ethnic borders and connect with the industry in BiH and across the world because technology has no borders, with IEEE being the biggest piece of evidence.
The Congress consists of a rich program, scientific and motivational lectures, workshops, business networking, innovational competition and the first innovation expose in BiH, all of which will last until December 4th, 2017 at International Burch University.
