Teaching assistant at the English Language and Literature Department, Eldin Milak, is this year’s recipient of the Korean Government Scholarship (KGSP) for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The KGSP is a merit-based, fully-funded scholarship awarded annually across more than 150 countries worldwide to outstanding individuals who show the ability to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in South Korea, currently the second country in the world by their quality of education. Mr. Milak is one of the 665 recipients of the award in 2018, and the only one from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As a KGSP scholar, Mr. Milak will spend 4 years completing his PhD studies in linguistics at Sungkyunkwan University, the oldest educational institution in Korea. The program begins fall this year.
