Agreed cooperation with Lille Catholic University, France

International Burch University hosted representatives of Lille Catholic University from France, which is the first official meeting of representatives of these two universities. With over 30,000 students, Lille Catholic University has deserved the title of the largest and best private university in France. The number and popularity of this university is justified by opening two campuses in Lille and Paris.


Heads of Department of Engineering and Management organized a meeting where they presented their departments, capacities, method and system of work of Burch University, emphasizing the importance of Erasmus + programs and establishing international cooperation with other academic institutions.

Since universities share the same vision, the first cooperation with one of the University of France was agreed. The cooperation is considered a major progress in terms of academic projects, exchanges and innovations.To begin with, it is expected to organize the first exchange of students, academic and administrative staff in the next academic year 2019/2020. After that, both universities will start engaging in major projects and, most importantly, organizing practice through online projects.

One-day visit of university representatives Ms. Céline Blondeau, Associate Professor and Head of International Relations at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Sciences, Ms. Anne Lacour, Head of International Office at HEI school of engineering, Mr. Pascal Ameye, Associate Director for International Relations at IESEG school of business and management, and Ms. Evelyne Litton, Head of International Relations at ISEN engineering school, ended with a tour of Burch University campus with the mutual satisfaction of establishing first cooperation and partnership.
