As part of the Erasmus + Program / Key Action 1 project, International Burch University (IBU) hosted Mr. Adnan Causevic, a lecturer and researcher from Mälardalen University in Sweden.
International Burch University has got a new partner under the Erasmus + program, the unique Mälardalen University in Sweden, which became one of the 25 Erasmus + Burch partners.
Head of the Department of Information Technologies Assist. Prof. Dr. Zerina Masetic hosted Mr. Adnan Causevic, who had the opportunity to present Mälardalen University, which has been working closely with the private and public sectors for 40 years and aims to cooperate with new higher education institutions. This university is started and financially supported by companies that work exclusively for the needs of industry and as such depends on the industry.
During the presentation of the study program of this university, a special emphasis was placed on the Master study which enables the exchange of students for one year and the possibility of choosing one or two years of master's study. After that, prof. Adnan Causevic was given the opportunity to give the first and second cycle IT students a lecture on „Software Testingˮ and to involve students in interactive communication and answer the questions asked.
Finally, the professor said: „I think that my arrival and teaching IBU students have opened new doors and provided another great opportunity for the future steps of these young people. I am also very pleased that we can work on building a new collaboration between our two institutions. ˮ
IBU can be proud of another successfully agreed cooperation and the fact that, in addition to the University of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo, we have officially become the second university partner in BiH.
