Graphic Design students visiting the Communis Marketing Agency

We bring you experience and the most important information that the students gained from the visit:

“We are pleased to hear the experience of 20 years active marketing agency Communis. For many years they have been working with numerous clients, with some of them they have great and even friendly cooperation that lasts for years, which is the best indicator of their professionalism, since good team never changes. We are familiar with the creative process, from meeting with clients to the implementation of the same idea. The account manager presented the greatest project they were working on, while the creative manager explained in detail the work on one project. Even if the client is known, there is never the same direction and there are often many obstacles. They presented us some interesting situations they were in. For example, the power was cut off two hours before an important event so they had to connect extension cords from their office to Skenderija where the event was held.  After that presentation, we concluded that improvisation is often the key to the job. Every day in the marketing agency is different which makes the environment dynamic. In order to succeed, it is necessary to keep up with the trends, communicate openly and cultivate not just creative department and their ideas but also the atmosphere of the whole agency. All departments are connected to each other and everyone works together to achieve a common goal. The creative process never stops, because ideas can also appear outside working hours.  Even if the idea is not realized and applied, there is always something good in it and can be used for future projects. Market demands are constantly changing, which is a great basis and opportunity for our students to work on such projects in the near future. “
