The presentation was focused on motivating students to participate on the congress, to submit research papers and register to IdeaThon, where they can present their ideas and have a great chance to win some valuable awards and excellent opportunity to implent the ideas with companies and technical professionals.
The presentation started with the motivational speech given by Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Jasmin Kevrić. Professor talked about IEEE organization and also importance of the congress, how students should be active in non-curricula activities and that benefits await sudents by engaging in informal education as well as social responsibility.
At the end of the presentation, one of the congress mentors, Damir Bilić, explained how to write research papers, what ideas can be applied and what opportunities are waiting for the students.
