I wish to express, on behalf of the International Burch University, our heartfelt condolences to members of the British Royal Family, the people of the United Kingdom and the British Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Queen Elizabeth II was highly esteemed all over the world and will be remembered for her grace, humility and dedication throughout her service to the United Kingdom and beyond during her 70-year reign as monarch.
People around the world have been affected by this tragic news, and our University shares their sadness.
Flags at our university have been lowered to half-mast as a mark of our respect, and will remain so during the period of mourning.
We will take the opportunity to seek comfort with our loved ones and friends during this time of national mourning as we all remember Her Majesty the Queen's extraordinary life of public service.
