ERASMUS+ Staff Mobilities in March: Germany, Poland, and Spain

Between March 20 and 24, the Head of the International Cooperation and Projects Office, Mrs. Emina Mekić participated in the Erasmus + Staff Training Week organized by Philips University of Marburg, Germany. During the week, knowledge and experiences about organizing student and staff mobilities, cultural sharing, internationalization, and sustainable development have been shared.

In the week of March 6th to 10th, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Sayed from Civil Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Irfan Djedović from Banking and Finance, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ensar Mekić from Management and Assist. Prof. Dr. Murat Oner from English Language and Literature visited Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła, Poland. During their stay, they had a chance to hold lectures, attend meetings with staff from Pila, take city tours, and meet with our students that are currently doing their Erasmus+ mobility at this university. This visit strengthened cooperation with the partner institution, encouraged more staff and student mobilities, increased personal international experience, and provided our staff with new teaching experiences.

During their Erasmus+ training mobility at the University of A Coruna in Spain from March 27th to 31st, Assist. Prof. Larisa Bešić and Selena Hadžić from the Genetics and Bioengineering Department attended UDC mobility programs and COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) training workshops. Additionally, they increased their social, linguistic, and cultural knowledge, expanded their professional networks, and acquired specific knowledge related to curriculum development, joint courses, and future research.
