As part of the IBU Entrepreneurship course, the CEO of Mak Zara, Armin Hodzic, delivered a guest lecture at IBU and shared a personal story about the company's success.
The factory is the first of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina, producing and marketing Belgian-style chocolate pralines and other confections. The CEO captivated the audience by discussing the food brand Mak Zara emphasising new product launch strategies and innovation. He explained the entire product development process, from testing to manufacturing to marketing.
IBU faculty and students attended the lecture. Following the presentation, questions from the audience were answered, and some new energy bar samples were available for tasting.
