On Wednesday 20th of July as an activity of Erasmus + Capacity Building in Higher Education Project – SUCCESS a Training has been organized on Practical Teaching Methods for the academic staff of International Burch University and University of Tuzla. This was the activity of the Work Package 3 which contributes to the Development of job-oriented studies at Western Balkan Universities.
Trening was held at IBU premises with the online participation of colleagues from Tuzla. Training was delivered by Assist. Prof. Lejla Ramić Mesihović and Teaching Assistant Adem Olovčić who participated at the same training in Lublin, Poland. Topics for the training were prepared by the Program countries universities which are the active partners on SUCCESS project. Those are University of Novi Sad, Serbia; OBREAL/GLOBAL from Spain; Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Germany; and University College of Enterprise and Administration, Lublin, Poland.
The training included topics like: Experiences based on cooperation between university and business community; Problems and issues with delivery of content; Using digital technologies in the process of teaching and learning; Intercultural aspects of teaching and cooperation.
More then 25 participants attended the training in a hybrid mode. As a result, new needs and suggestions emerged for the next similar activities. One of the aims of the SUCCESS project is to improve the teaching process for the more effective engagement of students and increase of their competences giving them higher chances of finding adequate employment.
