The Legal Office prepares and issues legal opinion on all relevant matters included within the University registration legal framework. It ensures that the operations of the Internatonal Burch University are compatible with existing laws both in the Sarajevo Canton and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Legal Office serves as an advisory department to the Rector in official correspondence with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Youth, public institutions and other competent authorities in the country and abroad.
