Through the integration of bioinformatics and bioengineering we enable our students to make sense of the collected data from a new perspective and dig deeper into the field than ever before.Within the PhD Program at GBE Department we aid our students in developing a deeper understanding of the field through analysis of scientific publications and the development of critical thinking.

 

Program


The GBE PhD program is a three-year program that carries 180 ECTS credits of formal course work and a PhD dissertation. The first year of the program is dedicated to the study of advanced genetics and bioengineering courses.

The Curriculum includes elective courses, which give an opportunity to students to improve their academic skills according to their interests. The PhD program of the GBE Department is designed to prepare students for higher-level academic positions.

After the completion of the PhD Program, students will gain the title - Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics and Bioengineering.
